Our family recently ate food at Melt Kitchen and Bar in Greensboro, North Carolina for the second time ever. The last time that we visited Melt Kitchen and Bar was a year ago. On this more recent visit, we partook of the Sunday Brunch menu. We decided upon the steak and egg burrito with ranchero sauce, priced at $12.99 and including a side. Our favorite appetizer or side to buy from Melt Kitchen and Bar is the duck fat fries. They are so very tasty. The duck fat fries appetizer is priced at $7.50.

Melt Kitchen and Bar can be kind of pricey with their menu offerings but on this occasion, we were using a coupon from the “Attractions” book. This “Attractions” book was sold for $25 as a school fundraiser at my kids’ school and it claimed to offer thousands of dollars worth of coupon savings inside. Of course, we will not get around to using all of those coupon that expire at the end of this year, December 31, 2019. Nevertheless, the coupon book has already paid for itself with several of the coupons that we have been able to use so far and the deals that we have been able to get.

The specific coupon that we have used from Melt Kitchen and Bar offers buy one entrée, get one free (BOGO), up to $10. So, pleasantly, $10 was taken off of our bill. Our bill was for $35 including tax and tip. We drank only water for our beverages and besides for the steak and egg burrito with sauce that is pictured in a food photo below, we also got an order of the duck fat fries and the duck club with duck fat fries as a side. On our initial visit to Melt Kitchen and Bar last year, I wrote a restaurant review then and it is on HubPages. The duck club and duck fat fries were so good that we repeated that food order on this second visit to Melt Kitchen and Bar on New Garden Road in Greensboro, North Carolina. It is a nice, well known and popular restaurant in the area and it can be quite crowded on a Sunday afternoon.

At the restaurant, we shared everything up and enjoyed it with no leftovers left to bring home.

We were trying the steak and egg burrito (that is pictured below) for the first time, on this recent visit to Melt Kitchen and Bar. While it was okay, it probably will not be a repeat purchase for us. We will probably just stick with the duck fat fries and duck club, our favorite food items from Melt Kitchen and Bar. We have one more $10 “Attractions” book coupon to use for Melt Kitchen and Bar and we are likely to use it sometime in the future, before it expires on December 31, 2019.
