Just Say No To Suicide

No matter what, just say no suicide.
Sometimes you feel like you are ready to go.
Believe me, I know.
But no matter what, just say no to suicide.
We are not just skin and bones.
There is a spirit inside.
Keep it alive.
Don’t let it die.
Run and hide.
Run and hide
from the pain
that has you drained.
When you re-emerge,
I hope that you feel the surge.
Feel the rush of the love
that I am sending out to you.
I care deeply about
what you are going through.
You are not alone.
I will be your friend.
Just promise me
that this is not the end.
Just say no to suicide.
