YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS STUFF UP

It is stranger than fiction.
She writes the facts
as they happen,
not relying on recollection.
Some of her circumstances
are literally
nauseating for her.
Do you have
any suggestions
for how
she can process
her emotions?
She is feeling
like she is really
on the brink
of causing
a commotion.
There will be chaos
as she releases
her pent up frustrations.
A quiet storm
no more.
Emotionally drained
and showing her pain.
It will be quite a disaster
if she cannot master
processing her emotions
when she thinks about
everything
that she has
been through.
You can’t make this stuff up.
